Hi, my name is Angela "Butterfly Watcher" Greene. I am 19 years old and I have been drumming for 5 and a half years. Drumming is a hobby, pasttime and one of my favorite things to do. I first became interested in drumming at my first ever powwow which was nine or ten years ago. It was at Forksville and my family and I were just entering the gates as spectators. My dad and I both heard the drums and took off for the circle at a near run practically leaving my two sisters and my mom behind. Ever since then I could not wait to learn. Now I have a drum of my own and could not be more pleased with its members. I am pretty sure that I would still only be drumming for the hallobit if it weren't for my fellow drummers. We all share a special bond and drumming without them would never be the same. I suppose you could say they have spoiled me for other drums. They are my family and whether they like it or not they are stuck with me. Two members on the drum, Sara and Crystal, are my blood sisters. The other two, Teresa and Pearl, are my soul sisters. I love them all just the same. They are all links in the chain that holds me together. They are very special to me and I hope you will feel the same way.
